A WHOLE BODY APPROACH
For many women, menopause calls for support that goes beyond the mind.
The body is changing profoundly, and it deserves care at every level. Alongside hypnotherapy, I often recommend reflexology and reiki as complementary supports during this time. Reflexology can be particularly helpful for hormonal balance, sleep, and nervous system regulation. Reiki offers a deeply restorative space to simply rest and be held.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Menopause support tends to work best as an ongoing course of sessions rather than a fixed short programme, as the experience of menopause itself is not fixed or short. Most clients benefit from between six and ten sessions, though many choose to continue beyond that as the work deepens and evolves with the transition.
Sessions are available in person in Wantage, Oxfordshire, and online via Zoom.
INVESTMENT
Hypnotherapy sessions are £95 each when booked as a block of three or more, or £135 for a single session. For anxiety work, a block is usually the most effective and most cost-efficient way to begin.
