REFLEXOLOGY

Supporting your body's natural balance through Foot & Facial Reflexology.

In-person offering based in Wantage, Oxfordshire

Reflexology

Reconnect to Balance

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing therapy that encourages your body to restore its natural equilibrium. By stimulating reflex points on the feet or face, this treatment promotes relaxation, eases stress, boosts circulation, and supports the body’s own healing processes.

As a qualified member of the Association of Reflexologists, I am committed to maintaining a high standard of practice and continuing professional development. If you hold private health insurance that recognises Reflexology, you may be able to claim for your sessions.

You are welcome to come with a specific goal in mind — whether physical, emotional, or energetic — or simply to receive regular support for your general wellbeing, stress relief, and immune system health.

Foot Reflexology

Foot Reflexology works with the idea that your feet are a mirror of your body. Specific pressure points correspond to different organs and systems, and by gently stimulating these areas, we help encourage balance throughout the body.

Sessions are tailored to focus on any areas needing extra attention, or to promote whole-body relaxation. Many clients report benefits such as stress relief, better sleep, reduced pain, and improved energy levels.

Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology uses gentle stimulation of reflex points on the face to support health and wellbeing throughout the body. This deeply calming treatment can also enhance skin tone, ease sinus congestion, reduce facial tension, and support emotional balance.

During treatments, I incorporate Gua Sha massage using rose quartz and jade tools to further promote circulation, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation.

I have written more on these two fantastic offerings which you can read below.

My Approach

With over 17 years of experience in a high-stress corporate environment, I deeply understand how modern life impacts the body, mind, and emotions. Reflexology offers a much-needed space for you to slow down, reconnect, and heal — combining therapeutic touch with compassionate conversation and care.

I love to weave in my other modalities and very much open to a more intuitive way of working.

Caroline Dearlove
Reflexology

Every time I see Caroline I feel lighter and leave with a deep sense of rest. I started the session feeling tired and fed up and I left feeling confident, calmer. I am come to Caroline rehularly which I have found hugely beneficial at enabling me to find calm amid the chaos- a type of therapy I feel is suited me far better than a talking therapy.

  • How often do I need to come for a treatment?
It really depends on why you are seeking treatment with me. In most cases that I see, I recommend coming as often as you can - weekly, every 2 weeks. Once I have seen you for at least 4 session or until things have begun to settle then I would suggest coming monthly. Any longer than 6 weeks and we will need to start from the beginning again. For Fertility related both IVF and Natural - I recommend that you have regular Reflexology and Fertility Massage sessions at least 3 months prior to starting to try to conceive. If you are having IVF, this would be 3 months before you begin any protocol.
  • How will I feel during and after?
The majority of my clients feel incredibly relaxed during the treatment. They explain it to feel like they are not asleep, yet they don't feel awake. Everyone is different and no two people will have the exact same experience. Afterwards, you will feel nicely chilled.
  • How does the treatment work?
You stay fully clothed and only need to remove your socks and shoes for Foot Reflexology. I invite you to wear comfortable clothes. You lie comfortably on my massage table. Or if you are pregnant you will either lie on your side or sit in my LaFuma Chair. Whichever you feel more comfortable
