Human Design for me has been a key in unlocking everything that I had hidden within me. I had spent my entire life trying to be the person that I thought I had to be. It has been a deep healing process that started in 2016. Coming back to the person I was born to be and celebrating who I am. My true self.

WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN?
The Human Design System, is a new system of self knowledge that brings together principles of The I Ching, astrology, Kabbalah, Hindu-Brahmin chakra system, and quantum physics. On the most practical level, Human Design shows you where and how to access your body’s consciousness as a decision-making tool, and ultimately, how to live as your true self. Human Design offers a map that indicates how you are unique as a person, and guides you in living in a manner that is in sync with who you are.
When we live in alignment with our true nature, we begin to experience a level of comfort and acceptance for who we are, instead of chasing who we are not—and we’re able to live out our real purpose in the world.

A Human Design Reading
In this one off session I will go through your Human Design with you. Discover the essence of your core energetics, exploring the constants that define your unique nature, understanding what you magnify in your life, observing your authentic self, and embracing the flow of your energy.
You will receive a focussed bespoke session, a recording of our time together plus also a booklet containing your Human Design information.
Mentoring - Life Design Alchemy
A minimum 3 month container where we meet in person or online. These sessions happen every 2 weeks. This is for you if you are wanting to create a deeper connection to who you are and release the stories that are holding you back.
As a Spiritual Doula, my purpose is to be your companion on this sacred journey, creating a nurturing space for you to birth a life that resonates with your deepest self.
I have found that many of those who come to me for mentoring are at a juxtaposition with their career and looking to move away from the hussle and bustle of the Corporate life.
