Ostara Spring Equinox - an online Heart circle

This is an Online Heart circle that will be held via Zoom. 

It will start at 5:30pm so that we are in circle as the sun sets at approximately 6:17pm.

Ostara - the Spring Equinox (Northern Hemisphere), is when the night and day are equal in length, and when the earth is beginning to awaken. As the natural world is coming alive, the sun is gaining strength and the days from this point become longer and warmer. The hopes (metaphorical seeds planted earlier in the year) now become action through accessing this expansive, exuberant energy. This is a powerful time for manifestation!

Theme: Abundance, Growth and Expansion

What is a Circle? Circles have existed since ancient times, to share stories and pass on wisdom. Gathering in circle has been integral to me leading a heart centred life. To have the space to speak from my heart and to be heard from the heart. If this is your first circle I invite you to come along to this very loving and nurturing space.  

Our time together will include:

☽ Opening of the circle

☽ Introduction to the Spring season & this Spring Equinox - the energy, the element

☽ The Goddess for this phase and a blessing to her.

☽ A song for Ostara

☽ Altar creation - why and how we create them.

☽ Guided self-healing meditation

☽ Journaling with guided prompts and oracle card collective reading for the circle

What to bring:

🌸 A few candles and lighter/matches 

🌸 A blanket, journal, pen, 

🌸 Cosy socks 

🌸 An offering from nature that represents the Spring for you - spring flowers, fallen branches, blossom, seeds. 

🌸 Any crystals you may like to have with you 

🌸 Hot drink and water 

What to wear: 

🌸 Something cosy and warm (and maybe even a flower crown if you’re really feeling it)

You are welcome to share your experiences and ask questions. Please also be comfortable to have your video turned off and to listen without sharing.

You don’t need a Zoom account to access the circle, the link will take you straight to it.
