This 90 minute session is broken down into 3 sections.

Write it out. A few thoughtful prompts to help you get clear on how you're feeling and what you need.

Tap it out. EFT tapping is a simple, effective way to calm stress and anxious thoughts. I'll show you exactly what to do.

Rewire it. A deeply relaxing guided hypnosis that focuses on where you want to go, not where you've been. Most people describe it as feeling like a lovely, restful daydream.

I will always be working around the monthly theme in a positive and solution focussed way. But I am also someone who works intuitively and because of this anything can come up based on the group that has stepped forward for this particular session.
