Heart Centering Meditation and Reiki Healing

This is a free event that I have created to support us all. Especially here in the UK as we are in lockdown and if you are like me, missing the friendship of coming together. A time when I would normally meditate, that time between day and not quite evening. I wish to extend my space to you all. Sharing in this love that we all hold within us as we are beacons of the light. You will not need to do anything other than listen as I guide, hold & nurture you. Only housekeeping is that you have a blanket, pillows and your phone is switched off. Receive my love as you allow the tension in your body to dissolve.
