Take a gentle pause and give yourself space to simply be. Join me for an evening of Crystal Bowl sound bath and meditation on Friday, 18th September 2026

This session is designed to help you rest deeply, turn inwards, and leave with a sense of calm and peace.

We will begin the session with a gentle release of your week and then you will lie down listening to my voice as I guide you through a body relaxation. I will play my crystal sound bowls and share some reiki healing as a group.

I will bring my oracle cards too should you be seeking an insight or guidance around a question that you may have.
