Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else and avoid charges. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be added to your next appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment the full fee will be charged.
