My mission is to empower you to shift lifelong patterns and regulate your nervous system so you can feel safe, confident and connected within yourself.

Through a gentle blend of hypnotherapy, reflexology and Reiki, we will together release what’s been holding you back and rebuild a calm, resilient inner foundation.

I enjoy writing and sharing my musings on life and the things that I have found to be inspiring to me.

MY STORY

Having worked in a highly stressful Corporate environment for 17 years, I was overstressed and continually running on empty. I was completely disconnected from my true self, from my heart and soul. I had no idea who I actually was.

I began to reconnect to my body & soul by committing to regular Reflexology and Reiki healing. This really helped my overstressed body, to calm down & become stronger. It also taught me to connect to love.

In 2017, I left the Corporate world - surrendered into my true calling and started my own complementary therapy business. Having worked as a Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner and teacher on the side. It was now time for me to spread my wings and be in my truth.

When I learnt about my Human Design, I was given an incredible insight to how best to use my energy, areas where I had been conditioned in life & how to make the best decisions for me and my business. It helped me to find my voice and to be empowered by being seen.

Being in alignment with my truth and connected to who I am, my vision and purpose of my business - is a daily commitment. Embracing it all knowing that I am here to shift and change as I go along with what I offer. The common thread through it all is
