Parent & Child Session

Service Description

Is your child experiencing stress or feeling overwhelmed with school? Do they struggle to sleep or feel anxious about upcoming exams? This session caters to children aged 10 to 16 who may be going through challenging times. During your session, your child can engage in quiet activities such as reading a book, listening to an audiobook with headphones, or working on a puzzle book while you receive either a 50-minute Reflexology or Reiki session. This initial session focuses on treating the parent, providing a firsthand experience for the child to witness the calming effects of Reflexology or Reiki. It emphasizes the importance of self-care and showcases how parents manage their stress through these holistic treatments. Following the parent's session, the child will have their own 25-minute Reflexology or Reiki session. This dedicated time aims to address any stress they may be experiencing and instills the importance of well-being from a young age. For children older than 16 who need Reflexology or Reiki for exam preparation, I recommend booking a full 50-minute treatment. A parent must be present during their session to ensure a supportive and comfortable environment for the child.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else and avoid charges. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be added to your next appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment the full fee will be charged.
