Last month we were balancing our 7 main chakras. For the next 7 months we will now be focussing on each individual chakra starting with the Root Chakra.

When our Root Chakra is imbalanced or blocked, we may struggle to access feelings of balance, peace, and security. This vital energy centre serves as our foundation, anchoring us to the earth and providing a sense of belonging in the world.
