Embark on a journey to connect with, balance, and heal your Root Chakra, the foundation of your energetic being. Journeying with the medicine of the Giant Redwood as I guide you along.

Last month we were balancing our 7 main chakras. For the next 7 months we will now be focussing on each individual chakra starting with the Root Chakra.

When our Root Chakra is imbalanced or blocked, we may struggle to access feelings of balance, peace, and security. This vital energy centre serves as our foundation, anchoring us to the earth and providing a sense of belonging in the world. Without its grounding presence, we may feel disconnected and adrift, losing interest in our surroundings and our place within them. This lack of grounding may evoke sensations of abandonment and fuel fear-based decision-making, perpetuating a mindset of scarcity and limitation. Like a chain reaction, imbalances in the foundation can impact the stability and vitality of the higher chakras, highlighting the interconnectedness of our energetic being.
