Join me for a gentle afternoon to pause, reflect and think about what you would like to create in the months ahead. This Spring Equinox gathering is designed to give you time and space to step away from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with what matters to you.

Part 1: Vision Board & Creative Reflection

2:30pm to 4:00pm: We will spend the first part of the afternoon exploring what you would like the year ahead to look and feel like. Through simple reflection exercises and creative vision board making, you’ll have the opportunity to think about your values, priorities and intentions for the months ahead. No artistic experience is needed. All materials will be provided.
