Whatever the size of your business, it makes sense to look after your biggest asset, your employees. A fit and healthy workforce is key to an organisations performance and each year millions of working days are lost due to stress-related illnesses.

Having worked for 17 years in a high level Corporate environment, I am far too familiar with stress and the effect that it can have both mentally and physically.

I offer both a half day and full day package which can be taken by your employees as 30 minute or 60 minute sessions. You do not need to provide anything other than a room that is private. I will bring all my own equipment and set up for the comfort of your employees. This can be Reflexology and Reiki sessions on a one to one basis only or you can also have an additional 30 minute meditation group for as many employees as your space can allow.

As part of your 'Health and Wellbeing Strategy', each company can choose its own level of involvement. Sessions can be paid in full by each employee, in full by the employer or the employer can subsidise the employee, so costs are shared. 

The frequency of visits will be agreed with the company; they can be fortnightly, monthly or even a one off Wellness intuitive.  

 

Did you know that work related stress is the largest occupational health problem in the UK today? According to the Office for National Statistics, the number of sick days claimed by employees was 15.4 million in 2017/18 due to work related stress.

Excessive stress, without the opportunity to recover, can cause physiological and psychological problems such as tension, fatigue, headaches, digestive problems, irritability and lowered immune system to name a few. Specifically, in the workplace, the effects could result in:

  • Low moral and apathy

  • Lethargy and irritability

  • Reduced physical performance and poor concentration

  • Reduced creativity and productivity

  • Lowered immune system leading to the development of other physical health problems and consequently increased absenteeism
