WHY HYPNOTHERAPY?
Many of the challenges we face as adults are rooted in beliefs formed long before we were aware of them. These old subconscious patterns can create feelings of shame, fear, anxiety, unworthiness or “not enough" and willpower alone isn’t designed to change them.
Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind, where these patterns live.

As an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist with additional training in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), EFT, EMDR, Positive Psychology, NLP and Solution Focused approaches, I offer an integrative style of hypnotherapy that supports transformation on emotional, mental and energetic levels.

2. Bespoke Sessions
Every session is personalised and be either in person at my clinic in Wantage, Oxfordshire or Online. We work with hypnotherapy and other therapeutic techniques (EFT, EMDR, RTT) to shift limiting beliefs gently and safely at their root.
3. Supportive Audio Recordings
You’ll receive personalised recordings to help reinforce positive changes between sessions and long after our work together.
