Awaken and align your body through this deep session of relaxation. With all the stressors in our lives - now is the opportunity to come back into your body. We have so many pressure now that we forget about the most important thing in our lives - our bodies. It is only until something is wrong, that we remember to look after ourselves. I work intuitively and with your body. communicating as I go along, listening to exactly what is needed. Nurturing you, holding you, creating a space for you to feel safe and protected.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else and avoid charges. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be added to your next appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment the full fee will be charged.
