We have so many pressure now that we forget about the most important thing in our lives - our bodies. It is only until something is wrong, that we remember to look after ourselves. I work intuitively and with your body. communicating as I go along, listening to exactly what is needed. Nurturing you, holding you, creating a space for you to feel safe and protected. I have fused my Facial Reflexology and Zone Face lift training and created a treatment that will leave you feeling relaxed and glowing. ​Facial Reflexology aims to relax and help remove stress by assisting the body to heal and balance itself. During Facial Reflexology gentle pressure is applied to the different reflex zones and reflexology points on the face. Each treatment will begin with a nurturing facial using  Willowberry products.  ​Using both Rose Quartz & Jade GUA SHA tools - these tools are used in rhythmic strokes to massage, smooth and scrape the skin to release stagnation, muscle tension and tightness in the face.  ​Added benefits are:  *Clears sinuses *Reduces TMJ jaw dysfunction *Relieves facial tension *Promotes a brighter radiant complexion *Clears clogged pores *Reduces puffy eye and dark circles

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else and avoid charges. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the treatment cost will be added to your next appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment the full fee will be charged.
