Caroline Dearlove MAR

I discovered Reflexology when I developed severe sinusitis and I had the good fortune of knowing someone who had trained in Reflexology. After a few sessions the sinusitis that I had had for a number of months cleared up leaving me feeling a lot more stress free & happier. I have also worked in a very stressful working environment for the last 17 years Reflexology & Reiki have both helped to relax me, keep me grounded and also centered.

I truly believe that by me having regular monthly treatments I have boosted my immune system and reduced the amount of cortisol being released into my blood stream. My hormones are more balanced and very seldom do I now get ill.

I have a special interest in helping women achieve health and balance, the hormonal system is delicate and can easily become irregular causing many problems for the individual.  I  strongly believe that hormone balance is essential to a woman’s overall health and well-being, greatly impacting her longevity and quality of life. I work with my patients to restore equilibrium.

Training & my Associations

This sparked my interest in this wonderful therapy and I decided to look into it further. In 2009 I undertook a professional practitioner training course at The Practitioners School of Reflexology in West London. I was extremely fortunate to have as my teacher Andrew James DIHOM, MAR, MIFA (Reg), ITEC a Reflexologist and Homeopath, with whom I passed my degree, in 2010, achieving a distinction. I have since been a member of the Association of Reflexologists (www.aor.org.uk).  I am also trained in Maternity Reflexology and enjoy working with children and teenagers to help them adjust to not only changes in their young lives but also to the stresses that their lives bring to them.

Continuing Development

Through continued development I also offer:

I had been practising part time in London since I qualified in 2010 and in 2016 I moved my practice to Oxfordshire.
